I. Water Treatment System

1.water source pump

2.Silica Sand filter
 Quartz sand is a renewable filtering material that can filter out impurities and suspended solids in water, and can adsorb organic and chemical substances in water

3.Active carbon filter
Remove dissolved organic matter. Activated carbon can effectively adsorb organic compounds in water, such as pesticides, dyes, synthetic detergents, etc., thereby reducing the total organic carbon (TOC) and chemical oxygen demand of water

4.Sodium ion exchanger
An ion exchanger used to remove calcium and magnesium ions from water, produce softened water, and prevent the formation of scale

5.Precision filter
Remove suspended solids from water, remove microorganisms from water, and improve water quality,Adopts PP filter membranes which has high filtering precision, less than 0.1um particles, strong ability of intercepting pollution and long service life. 

6.Ro reverse osmosis device
Is composed of reverse osmosis membrane (RO), high pressure pump and washing system, It can intercept substances larger than 0.0001 micron. And allow water molecules to pass through. 

7.UV sterilizer
It can effectively remove pollutants such as organic matter and bactericidal viruses from water, making the water quality meet the standard

8.Ozone
It is a strong oxidant, which can quickly kill bacteria in water and air at a certain concentration.

Water Filling Machine

The water filling machine is consisted of ringsing-filling-caping all together. CGF water filling machine adpots the suspension design. It allows the machine to fill different type of the bottles. It is normally used as drinking water filling machine. However, it can also be used for fill PET bottle with fruit juice and tea at high temperature by simply change tha valve. It can be connected with our others machines to form the water filling machine and packaging machinery production line.
This machine adopts the way of transportation spring cramp,Only makes a little change,Can be applied to a variety of bottle type,smooth delivery,Filling method is normal pressure filling .

1. Rinsing tube is made of stainless steel, rather than rubber, which has the aging risk.

V. Bottle Blowing Machine

Bottle blowing machine: It is a kind of equipment which can make plastic granules into hollow containers by blow
Molding process. It is mainly used in beverage and food industry. 
More important thing is this machine has more reliable structure because it breaks through the traditional design idea for the blow molding part, it adopts the mechanical cam control to integrate the 4 movement in 1 movement, machine is full servo motors electrical control, no need low pressure air compressor, which greatly simplify the machine movement and
