I. Water Treatment System

1.water source pump
Connect to raw water, we supplier the best supplier Nanfang pump or Customized pump.

2.Silica Sand filter
Quartz sand is a renewable filtering material that can filter out impurities and suspended solids in water, and can adsorb organic and chemical substances in water

3.Active carbon filter
Remove dissolved organic matter. Activated carbon can effectively adsorb organic compounds in water, such as pesticides, dyes, synthetic detergents, etc., thereby reducing the total organic carbon (TOC) and chemical oxygen demand of water

4.Sodium ion exchanger
An ion exchanger used to remove calcium and magnesium ions from water, produce softened water, and prevent the formation of scale

5.Precision filter
Remove suspended solids from water, remove microorganisms from water, and improve water quality,Adopts PP filter membranes which has high filtering precision, less than 0.1um particles, strong ability of intercepting pollution and long service life.

6.Ro reverse osmosis device
Is composed of reverse osmosis membrane (RO), high pressure pump and washing system, It can intercept substances larger than 0.0001 micron. And allow water molecules to pass through.

7.UV sterilizer
It can effectively remove pollutants such as organic matter and bactericidal viruses from water, making the water quality meet the standard

8.Ozone
It is a strong oxidant, which can quickly kill bacteria in water and air at a certain concentration.

8.Finished water tank
Is used to store filtered pure water, which is connected with filling machine directly.

Juice Mixing system of process
Complete juice processing system with reasonable mixing and sterilization technology, not only can be suitable for common products, but also can satisfy special requirements of customers. For example juice, milk, cream or high viscosity products containing fiber and large pulp granules.

II. Juice Flavor Drinking Washing Filling Capping 3-in-1 Machine

Juice Filling Machine

The RCGF Type PET bottle washing bottle / filling / sealing 4 in 1 machine is an advanced machine developed independently for our Juice drinking filling based on the international advanced filling technology and technology. The machine adopts a bottle mouth delivery mode and only needs to change very little change parts. It can be applied to a variety of bottle type and smooth transportation. The filling method is high pressure  filling. The unique filling technology not only improves the filling speed and filling precision, but also avoids the production of bubbles during the filling process. The hygienic cycle system ensures the temperature of the product when the product is filled and provides a reliable guarantee for the quality of the product. The technology introduced from France is in the leading level in China.

Fully Automatic water bottling packaging machine-Rinser
1. Rinsing tube is made of stainless steel, rather than rubber, which has the aging risk.
2. High effective and accurate spraying nozzle can rinse the inner bottle completely and save water.
★ The machine frame uses structural steel main body, the shell is 304 stainless steel layer, 304 stainless steel frame, adjustable foot.
★ Conveying system adopts the star wheel transmission, smooth delivery, stainless steel conveyor chain, less deformation.
★ The washing bottle clamp number ,304 stainless steel chassis flush water pipe, flushing water filtration system.

Fully Automatic water bottling packaging machine --Filler
1. Bottling volume's difference is within ± 2mm.
2. High speed and highly accurate bottling valves ensure no loss of liquid.
3. The arrangement of steel gear and nylon gear is chiastic to reduce noise.
★ The number of filling particle valves is . The filling principle of measuring cup type is adopted. The contact parts with the products are 304L stainless steel. It is suitable for filling all kinds of granular orange, high concentration, pulp or granular beverage, or even pure liquid. It runs smoothly and fills accurately. It is suitable for cold and hot filling. Equipped with material mixing system, three-point liquid level control, frequency conversion speed regulation, in and out bottle protection, high and low speed automatic adjustment, bottle filling and other automatic control design. Made of high quality stainless steel 304L, it meets the requirements of food hygiene and has beautiful appearance.
★The number of filling juice pulp valves , and the contact parts with the products are 304L stainless steel. The inner surface is polished. The filling system adopts the principle of hot filling, and adopts the structure of material circulating filling valve and bottle lifting. Thus, the technological requirements of filling granular beverage at full liquid level are satisfied. A perfect flushing device is installed before sealing to ensure that there is no mildew on the bottle mouth.

Fully Automatic Water bottling packaging machine -Capper
1. Cap broken ratio is within 0.2%.
2. Capping head is of quality Zinc and Bronze, for lasting using.

Main Features
*Using the wind sent access and move wheel in the bottle directly connected technology; canceled screw and conveyor chains, this enable the change the bottle-shaped become easier.
* Bottles transmission adopt clip bottleneck technology, bottle-shaped transform not need to adjust the equipment level, only change related the curved plate, wheel and nylon parts is enough..
* The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine clip is solid and durable, no touch with the screw location of bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.
*High-speed large gravity flow valve filling valve, filling fast, filling accurate and no liquid lose.
*Spiraling decline when output bottle, transform bottle shape no need to adjust the height of conveyor chains.
*Host adopt advanced PLC automatic control technology, the key electrical components from famous company such as Japan's Mitsubishi, OMRON.

V. Bottle Blowing Machine

Bottle blowing machine: It is a kind of equipment which can make plastic granules into hollow containers by blow
Molding process. It is mainly used in beverage and food industry.
More important thing is this machine has more reliable structure because it breaks through the traditional design idea for the blow molding part, it adopts the mechanical cam control to integrate the 4 movement in 1 movement, machine is full servo motors electrical control, no need low pressure air compressor, which greatly simplify the machine movement and
reduce the machine failure rate.
Thanks to the working experience on the blowing machine frontier more than 10 years, feedback and complains can be collected from hundreds of end users, this helps us to solve the problems before it happens and make the complains into the smart design in this machine. For example, this machine has position fix grooves on the machine frame to make the installation very quickly and efficiently, if position not right, it cannot be assembled, no need take time to measure it, quick
changing bottle mold only needs 20 minutes.
